The "project approach" section is where most architecture proposals are won or lost. It is also where AI can provide the greatest leverage — and the greatest risk. The Specificity Principle

Generic: "Our firm takes a collaborative approach to design, working closely with stakeholders to achieve project goals." Specific: "For the Riverside Community Center, we will conduct four hands-on design workshops with the Parks Advisory Board, using physical site models and precedent image exercises — the same method that generated the rooftop garden concept for the Elm Street Library, which became that project's most celebrated feature."
